The beach of the cathedrals is situated along the Galician coast, in northwestern Spain. Incredible rock formations lend this beach its grandiose name, with some of the arches reaching a height of 32 meters.
Playa de las catedrales can only be accessed during low tides, and it’s important to leave at least 30 minutes before the high tide to avoid the risk of getting stuck.
HOW TO GET THERE: Plaaya de las catedrales is situated between Foz and Ribadeo, in the Lugo province of Galicia. From Ribadeo ir is just about a 10 minutes drive.
