Set on a hill in the charming tropical town of Sayulita, overlooking the Pacific coastline of Mexico, Casa dos Chicos is a colorful villa sleeping 8+2 people. There are two towers on the property, each one housing two bedrooms with their own ensuite bathroom and outdoor seating area. Each bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of privacy; the decor is simple with furniture and textiles found in local markets.
Casa dos Chicos has a spacious terrace on top of the towers which doubles as the living room and kitchen/dining area covered by a traditional palapa roof. The terrace also features a soaking tub from which one can enjoy the sprawling views of Riviera Nayarit, famous for its surf breaks, whale watching and great sustainable shopping opportunities.
All rooms are painted in luminous white, the perfect backdrop for colorful mexican fabrics, and a great complement to the orange exterior of the villa. Owner and designer Patrizio Fradiani bought the house and painstakingly restored and decorated it to what you see today.
What to know: the villa features a treetop plunge pool, a swimming pool and open air living area. It’s walking distance from the beach.
How to get there: Puerto Vallarta airport is located about half an hour South of Sayulita and easily accessible by car, taxi or bus.
